Systems Biology: Past, Present and Future

Systems Biology holds the promise to revolutionize biology through intergration -- integration of biological parts, pieces, and data; of theorey, computation, and experiments; and of various disciplines. More than 10 years has passed since the founding of the first Systems Biology Institutions and Centers. This meeting aims to bring together leading experts in a wide range of areas in Systems Biology - experimental, computational, theoretical and technological - to reflect on the past, exchange progress at the present and share their visions of the future.

This is the annual symposium on systems biology jointly organized by the Center for Theoretical Biology (CTB) and the California Institute for Quantitative Biosciences (QB3). Nine of these symposia were held in 20002001200220042005200620072009 and2010.
