Introduction
We present a integrated Predictor for prokaryotic alternative transcript (PROPER). It is a stand-alone and cross-platform tool which has the following main features:
Predicting the operon, promoter, terminator, and alternative transcription unit in the entire prokaryotic genome;
Graphics visualization of the above results;
Gene queries and other related functions.
