The core topology of cell polarization
2012-12-10 15:40:59
admin
Self-organizing cell polarization is a common function of biological systems. Tang Lab collaborated with Wendell Lim’s Lab at UCSF to identify and experimentally verify core network topologies responsible for this function. The work was published in Cell (Chau et al., Designing synthetic regulatory networks capable of self-organizing cell polarization. (2012). Cell 151, 320-332) .
