From February 18th-21st, 2013, Prof. Chao Tang was invited to the first Winter q-bio meeting. Graduate students Lingli Jiang and Zhiyuan Li also attended the meeting. The meeting brings together scientists and engineers who are interested in all areas of q-bio. The focus this year was on Synthetic Biology, with about half of the invited speakers chosen being renowned experts in that area.
