Research Interests

Our research is focused on three areas:

  1. Computational and systems biology of development and aging.

  2. Artificial intelligence (AI) for aging measurement and anti-aging intervention target discovery.

  3. Development of computational algorithms for data integration and network analysis.

Our primary aim to use aging clocks and quantitative models based on 3D and/or infrared facial images and human single-cell peripheral blood data, combined with AI algorithms, molecular biology, cell biology and systems biology approaches to identify aging. Through these models, we have discovered modulators, such as metabolic small molecules and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), that have the potential to be human anti-aging interventions.
