The multi-omics data and systematic evaluation framework have further advanced the development of spatial transcriptomics technologies, the iteration of computational models, and the elucidation of underlying biological mechanisms. • Zeng lab collaborated to reveal a previously unrecognized role of CALR and the PLC in regulating antitumor immunity and suggest that targeting this pathway could be a promising strategy to overcome immune resistance and improve the efficacy of cancer immunotherapies.The paper Perturbation of calreticulin potentiates CD8+ T cell–mediated antitumor immunity was published in Journal of Experimental Medicine.
