Jianwen, undergraduate student of the Innovation Class at  ChangKong College at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, joined the Zeng Lab in Oct. 2022. His research focused on optimal control and fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of multi-agent systems. From October 2022 to May 2023, he conducted his undergraduate thesis research in Zeng lab , where he worked on deep learning-based analysis of immune repertoire sequencing data, specifically on the binding problem between T-cell receptors (TCRs) and peptide-MHC complexes (pMHCs).

Now, Jianwen is 2023 PhD student in the Center for Quantitative Biology at Peking University.
