课题组的研究以“生物系统中的自组织规律”为核心，以网络动力学、数据挖掘和计算方法为主要手段，并逐步结合实验方法，着重关注于如下几个领域：
微生物从演化到群落互作中的定量科学；
多细胞体系中模式生成的数学规律；
定量生物学的方法建设。
Research Fields:
About the Lab Our lab investigates the self-organization of biological systems. Utilizing a toolkit of network dynamics and data mining, we bridge computational theory with experimental validation to explore:
Quantitative microbial biology, spanning from evolution to community ecology;
Mathematical laws governing pattern formation in multicellularity;
Foundational methodologies within the field of quantitative biology.
