Cell Fate Decisions and Gene Regulatory Network
研究介绍 / Research Introduction：
The decoding of cell fate decisions mechanisms and kinetic properties is one of the outstanding problems in developmental biology, and whether cell fate is executed precisely and unambiguously is relevant to various diseases. Cell fate is implemented by a core network of transcription factors. Now we explore the dynamics of cell fate decisions including stem cell differentiation, cell reprogramming via constructing gene regulatory network (GRN) models, and anticipate to further apply dynamical models in oncogenesis, cancer metastasis, precision medicine and so forth.
